After you sign our services, and pay your deposit, we can reschedule you for another day, or for a future date, but we do not give refunds. Please let us know as soon as possible if your date no longer works, so we can give the opportunity to someone else.

San Diego sometimes can get gloomy, or the occasional rain here and there, if we notice the weather changes, we will call you before your event (if outdoors) and reschedule for another day. Any unforeseeable emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We charge a replacement fee (up to half the value of the item when purchased) depending on the value of the item damaged.
